Die ersten Tage im Mai

Nun ist er da – der Wonnemonat Mai. Endlich sind die Schrecken des Winters ein für allemal vertrieben.  Da freut sich auch mein Kätzchen.  Sie findet immer ein Plätzchen. Ist es ihr zu heiß sucht sie sich einen kühleren Ort. Da sowohl heiße als auch coole Plätze vorhanden sind, muß sie sich nur entscheiden.

Das Tomatenhaus steht auch inzwischen – es wird jedoch nochmal umgesetzt werden müssen. Das passiert nächsten Samstag.

Noch muß ich mir die Tomaten selber kaufen, aber inzwischen sind die auch schon billiger geworden. Da kann man jeden Tag Tomatensalat essen, wenn man will. Aber das ist eigentlich ganz einfach.

Im Mai gibt es auch Spargel. Meinen ersten habe ich heute zu Mittag gehabt und zwar mit Reis und einem Kotelett. Die Sauce Hollandaise habe ich auch selbst gemacht.

Es war doch sehr lecker. Morgen habe ich dann auch noch etwas Spargel. Ach ja und die Erdbeeren, die gibt es auch noch. Am liebsten esse ich die zum Frühstück mit Ananas und Banane.

Gleich fahre  ich nach Leichlingen zum Bürgerfest. Kann ja nicht immer zu Hause am PC sitzen.

It is worth reading his awesome tips. When we ask prospects to join SFI we cannot say that they all will agree and join.
But – if you use killer questions – you could convince much more.
Here are some choice of them:
*Who do you think really cares how much is in your savings account 10 years from now?
* How long will you receive a salary after you leave your job?
* Will your company still benefit from your work after you leave?
* If you wanted to stay home with your family, have you thought of other ways to get regular paychecks?
* Wouldn’t it be nice to have an extra monthly check that covers all your car payments?

My worthless sponsor should make his business cards out of toilet paper so they would at least serve a purpose.

Question: What do all your presentations have in common?

Answer:  They all offer time freedom and money freedom.

You will never have a prospect tell you:

„Oh, I don’t want to join because I don’t want any of that time freedom or money freedom. I think I’d like more debt, less money, and more time at work.“

Sounds silly, doesn’t it?

Well, if all of your prospects want time freedom and money freedom, and your presentation offers time freedom and money freedom, then why don’t all of your prospects join?

Because they don’t have the confidence that they can personally achieve time freedom and money freedom with your opportunity.

Sure, you can do it, but they don’t think they can do it.

Now here is the key. When prospects don’t have the confidence that they have the skills necessary for our opportunity, here is what most people do:

They start introducing new benefits.

They tell the prospect about three-way calls, nice brochures, perfect videos, fancy meetings, car bonuses, and lots of other nice benefits. But they are missing the point.

The prospect doesn’t think he can do it, so it doesn’t matter how wonderful the benefits are.

The solution?


Instead of talking about more benefits, concentrate on showing your prospect how simple it can be to do your business. Maybe you can give your prospect a „one-minute presentation“ or a two-minute story to the subconscious mind. Just make it easy.

Give your prospect confidence that he can be successful in your business. That’s what is holding your prospect back – confidence. Image

 

 

 

 

Tomaten selbst anbauen

Neulich habe ich einen Post darüber veröffentlicht, Tomaten selber anzubauen. Einen  Garten habe ich ja und inzwischen ist auch das Tomatenhaus eingetroffen.

Ich habe es zusammengebaut – es ist ein einfaches Stecksystem. Leider ist das Ganze etwas gößer ausgefallen, als ich vermutet hatte.

Nun muß nur noch etwas Platz geschaffen werden, damit das Tomatenhaus so stehen kann,
dass es die Stauden und Blumen nicht beeinträchtigt, die ebenfalls im Garten vorhanden sind. Anschließend wird das Tomatenhaus festgemacht und zwar mittels Schnüren und
Heringen (wie ein Zelt).

Ein paar Tomatenpflanzen habe ich in einem Gartencenter erworben und pro Pflanze sind 10 Liter Erde notwendig. Die Erde muß nährstoffreich sein, also muß die normale Pflanzerde noch mit Spezialdünger versetzt werden. Die Tomatenpflanzen müssen zudem hochgebunden werden, damit sie Triebe bilden können, die dann ungestört wachsen können.
Nach einiger Zeit müssen die Triebe ausgegeitzt werden.

Die Tomatenpflanzen werden nur im Wurzelbereich regelmäßig feucht gehalten.

In order to earn in SFI the most important aspect is to have a working downline and second important is to
attain an EA status every month.

Read the literature from SFI. It is not enough to start Team Leader status in the first month, without having a strong and active downline. The big and recurring payments are coming from a strong team.

Calzador-Del-Sol

Seit einiger Zeit habe ich in meinem Garten eine Calzador-Del-Sol stehen. Was ist das, wird man fragen. Es ist eine sogenannte Sonnenscheibe. Es gibt sie bei Amazon in mehreren Farben und Größen.

Ich habe eine größere 28 cm Durchmesser in gelb und drei kleinere mit 14 cm Durchmesser  in rot im Garten stehen.

Sie sind magisch schön anzusehen. Die Sonne scheint durch diese Scheiben hindurch und durch die physikalische Eigenschaft der Scheiben wird das Licht verstärkt und bringt somit farbige Lichtblicke in den Garten.

Die neue Idee

Die Idee kam letzte Nacht. Es soll ein Tomatenbeet angelegt werden.
Die Umsetzung findet bereits statt. Ein Teil des Kräutergartens wurde umgegraben und mit humushaltiger Erde versehen.
Weiter geht es nach Ostern.

Warum mache ich das? Nun, weil mir die Tomaten aus dem Supermarkt nicht schmecken. Es herrscht auch, im Internet zumindest, die Meinung,
dass selbst gezogene Tomaten besser schmecken, als jene, die eine weite Reise hinter sich haben.

Ich werde hier weiterschreiben.

Neue Ideen für jeden Tag

Wenn einem die Ideen ausgehen, muß man sich auf die Suche machen um neue zu finden. Das ist nicht ganz so selbstverständlich wie manche es darstellen.

Ideen kommen im Grunde aus mir selbst heraus, es sei denn, ein Mitmensch würde mich auf neue Ideen bringen. Da aber keiner hier ist (außer meine Katze Busy), muß ich in mich hinein hören.

Meine Katze sucht auch ständig nach neuen Ideen. Aber sie verrät sie mir nicht, vielmehr überrascht sie mich gerne. Sei es der dicke Haufen am Morgen in der Katzentoilette oder sei es eine Maus, die sie heute Abend, kurz vorm Abendessen auf den Teppich zelebriert hat.

Diese Überraschung bringt mich auf eine neue Idee. Nun muß diese Idee erst meine Kernkompetenzen erreichen. Danach erfolgt die Planung und die minutiöse Umsetzung.

Ich bin erst mal selbst überrascht.
